1. No Change-of-Mind Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • ordering the wrong product
  • deciding you no longer want the item

All sales are final.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items (Australian Consumer Law)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product is:

  • faulty
  • damaged on arrival
  • not as described

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos or videos

We will assess your claim and provide a remedy as required by law.

3. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • orders placed with incorrect delivery details
  • parcels returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts

No refunds will be provided in these cases.
